CinePrint3D — Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are custom made-to-order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days. During periods of high demand, processing time may be extended. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. CinePrint3D is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once your order has been handed off to USPS and tracking is confirmed, CinePrint3D is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears lost, please contact us at Support@cineprint3d.shop and we will do our best to assist. We recommend also contacting your local post office directly with your tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. CinePrint3D is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Support@cineprint3d.shop. We will do our best to correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
CinePrint3D is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, misdelivered, or otherwise undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may request a refund of the product purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued, as shipping services were performed and the order was shipped to the address provided at checkout.
International Shipping CinePrint3D does not offer international shipping at this time. We currently ship to US addresses only.
