CinePrint3D — Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order or using this website. By purchasing from CinePrint3D, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. About CinePrint3D CinePrint3D is an independent creator-run shop specializing in custom, made-to-order 3D printed items. All products are handcrafted by a single operator and sold directly through this store. For support, contact us at: Support@cineprint3d.shop

2. Agreement to Terms By accessing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.

3. Custom Made-to-Order Products All items sold through CinePrint3D are custom and made-to-order. Production begins after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production has begun and cancellations are no longer accepted. Cancellation requests must be submitted to Support@cineprint3d.shop.

5. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in USD. CinePrint3D reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time of your order will apply. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. CinePrint3D does not store payment information.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide all relevant order documentation, communications, and shipping records to the payment processor.

6. Shipping Orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. CinePrint3D is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon shipment. Once your order has shipped and tracking has been confirmed, CinePrint3D is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating lost shipments.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes applicable in their country. CinePrint3D has no control over and is not responsible for these charges.

7. Product Disclaimer All products are intended for display and collecting purposes only. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age. WARNING: Contains small parts. Choking hazard. Keep away from children under 3 years of age.

Colors and finishes may vary slightly from product photos due to differences in filament batches, printer calibration, and monitor display settings. Minor variation is inherent to the 3D printing process and does not constitute a defect.

8. Intellectual Property Disclaimer CinePrint3D is an independent creator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any intellectual property holders, including but not limited to Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

Some products available in this shop are inspired by characters and designs owned by their respective copyright holders. CinePrint3D does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property. All rights to original characters, trademarks, and designs belong to their respective owners.

Original designs, models, and creative work produced exclusively by CinePrint3D remain the intellectual property of CinePrint3D. Customers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercialize any designs purchased or received from this shop.

Products featuring third-party character inspiration are fan-made and intended for personal use and collecting purposes only. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges they are acquiring a handcrafted physical item and not an officially licensed product.

9. Limitation of Liability CinePrint3D's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. CinePrint3D makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is explicitly stated in these terms.

10. Right to Refuse Service CinePrint3D reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or requests that conflict with our values or production capabilities. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

11. Changes to These Terms CinePrint3D reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Florida in which CinePrint3D operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
